If a customer does not like our products, for whatever reason, they have the right to return the opened products to us and receive a 100% refund of the amount paid. No ifs, ands, or buts! Returns must be sent to the address listed below within 100 days of order receipt.

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a “consumer” is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity:

Right of Cancellation

We offer a satisfaction guarantee that gives every customer 100 days to return the product at their own expense and receive a full refund—even if the product has already been opened and used.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you—other than the carrier—took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (MainTea GmbH, Vilbeler Landstraße 36, 60386 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, Tel.: 0159 06774485, Email: shop@besserimglas.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though this is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. For contracts involving the regular delivery of goods over a specified period, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the first item.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You must send the goods back immediately and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract, to the following address:

to return or hand over. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their condition, characteristics, and functionality.

General Information
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against shipping damage by using suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us with shipping charges unpaid.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1–2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Returns made after the 14-day period are only permitted if the merchandise is unused and the food items are fit for sale.
