Per daily dose, Glanz Gefühl provides 10 mg of zinc (100% NRV), 200 µg of biotin (400% NRV), 50 µg of selenium (90% NRV), and 80 mg of vitamin C (100% NRV). Selenium helps maintain normal hair and nails. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal skin function. The complex is supplemented with bamboo shoot extract containing 75% silicon dioxide, hyaluronic acid, grape seed extract containing 50% OPC, and coenzyme Q10.
Capsules or Collagen Drink? A Comparison of Radiance, Feel, and Inner Glow
Glanz Gefühl is your beauty complex in capsule form: 2 vegan capsules daily, preferably in the morning with a meal. Inner Glow is the drink version, containing 5 g of bovine collagen (types I and III) per serving, 15 mg of zinc, and natural wild berry flavor—simply stir or shake 2 scoops into 300 ml of water. Both jars last for 30 days.
