Aglio e Olio

Making truly delicious spaghetti just like in Italy has never been easier than with our Aglio e Olio spice blend! Even if you're a complete beginner in the kitchen, you can use this recipe to whip up a real treat for the taste buds with just a few ingredients—it's definitely worth a try.

Ingredients

  • 300g spaghetti
  • 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • Aglio e Olio Spice Blend

Preparation:

  1. Finely chop the parsley.
  2. Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the package directions.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan over low heat, then add the Aglio e Olio spice blend and parsley. Heat everything together gently for 5 minutes.
  4. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan with the remaining ingredients while it's still dripping wet.
