Strawberry Sorbet with Strawberry Iced Tea

When it gets hot outside and the kids ask for something sweet—this sorbet is the answer. Sugar-free, easy to make, and with the fruity flavor of Strawberry Iced Tea, it’s simply irresistible.

 

Ingredients (for 4 servings)

  • 500 ml strong strawberry iced tea (double the amount of tea)
  • 300 g fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Fresh mint for garnish

Preparation

  1. Brew the strawberry iced tea strongly—use double the amount of tea and let it steep for 1 hour.
  2. Wash and hull the strawberries, then chop them into large pieces.
  3. Puree the strawberries, iced tea, and lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow freezer container and freeze for about 4 hours.
  5. Stir with a fork every 45 minutes—this will make the sorbet nice and creamy.
  6. Serve in bowls and garnish with fresh mint.
