Asia Wok

Asia Wok

Here's our favorite wok recipe for you! Fresh vegetables, chicken, noodles, and a little wok magic will take you on a quick trip to Asia!

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 scallions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 200 ml soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 400g chicken
  • Juice from one lime
  • 500g udon noodles
  • Wok Talent

Preparation:

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Once the water is boiling, let the pasta simmer for 5 minutes over low heat, then drain it.
  2. Cut the bell pepper and carrot into strips. Finely chop the green onion. Cut the chicken into thumb-sized pieces.
  3. Sauté everything together in oil in a pan over high heat.
  4. Deglaze with soy sauce and lime juice.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of Wok Talent and mix everything well.
  6. Finally, just add the udon noodles to the pan and fold them in.

Note:

Of course, you can also make this wok dish vegetarian. You can substitute tofu or other meat substitutes for the chicken!
