Here's our favorite wok recipe for you! Fresh vegetables, chicken, noodles, and a little wok magic will take you on a quick trip to Asia!
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 carrots
- 3 scallions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 200 ml soy sauce
- 4 tbsp oil
- 400g chicken
- Juice from one lime
- 500g udon noodles
- Wok Talent
Preparation:
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Once the water is boiling, let the pasta simmer for 5 minutes over low heat, then drain it.
- Cut the bell pepper and carrot into strips. Finely chop the green onion. Cut the chicken into thumb-sized pieces.
- Sauté everything together in oil in a pan over high heat.
- Deglaze with soy sauce and lime juice.
- Add 1 tablespoon of Wok Talent and mix everything well.
- Finally, just add the udon noodles to the pan and fold them in.

Of course, you can also make this wok dish vegetarian. You can substitute tofu or other meat substitutes for the chicken!
