Think dinner is boring? Not with us! How about an avocado sandwich? It's as simple as it is brilliant—and super healthy and super delicious, too.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 loaf of country bread
- 3 avocados
- Cream cheese
- Avocado Love
Instructions:
- Slice the country bread and spread cream cheese on it.
- Carefully cut your avocados in half, remove the pits, and peel them. Place the halves flat side down on a cutting board. Hold your knife at an angle and cut thin slices. Using a large knife, you can carefully lift the sliced avocado half and place it on your buttered slice of bread.
- Sprinkle with Avocado Love and enjoy!
