These little energy boosters are perfect for on the go or as a snack between meals.
Ingredients:
For the floor
- 45 g rolled oats
- 40 g oat flour
- 1 ripe banana
- 20 g nut butter
- a splash of milk
- 2 tsp salted caramel
For the homemade jam
- 100 g frozen raspberries
- 2 tsp salted caramel
- grated lemon zest
- 15 g chia seeds
Preparation:
- First, prepare the jam: Heat the frozen berries in the microwave for 2–3 minutes until they break down. Then add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Set aside.
- Then mash the banana. Next, knead all the ingredients for the crust together and set aside a portion for the crumble topping. Press the crust into a rectangular pan lined with parchment paper and spread the chia jam on top.
