Summer is finally here again! With this recipe, you can easily whip up some really delicious, healthier, and sugar-free blueberry-yogurt popsicles for yourself or your kids.
Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 150 g frozen wild blueberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 200 g coconut yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 50 ml Besser im Glas Blueberry Iced Tea
Preparation:
- First, prepare the blueberry iced tea, then blend it with the remaining ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Finally, pour the mixture into 6 silicone ice cube trays and freeze for at least 4 hours.
