Ingredients for 2 glasses:
- 400 ml " Besser im Glas" Blood Orange Iced Tea
- 60 ml of your favorite gin
- Juice of half a lime
- Ice cubes
- Sparkling mineral water to top up
- Fresh blood orange slices, rosemary, or mint for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour 4 teaspoons of blood orange iced tea into a tea strainer and pour 400 ml of water over it.
- Steeping time: about 8–10 minutes—the longer you steep it, the more intense and sweeter the flavor.
- Remove the strainer and let the tea cool completely (preferably in the refrigerator).
- Fill two large glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour 30 ml of gin into each glass.
- Add a little lime juice and stir well.
- Top off each glass with 200 ml of cold blood orange iced tea.
- Top with sparkling water to taste.
- Garnish with orange slices and a sprig of rosemary or mint.
