Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 can of kidney beans
- 1 can of corn
- 2 cans of chopped tomatoes
- Optional: 500 g ground meat
- Spicy Rainbow
Preparation:
- Chop the onion, garlic cloves, and bell pepper into small pieces and sauté them in oil.
- Rinse the beans and corn thoroughly and sauté them together.
- Season with Spicy Rainbow and, if desired, salt and pepper.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and let simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
