Creamy Bolognese Pasta

Calling all pasta lovers! We've got the recipe for the best Bolognese—it'll make you feel like you're on vacation in Italy. Try it out now and see for yourself!

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g pasta
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 500g ground meat
  • 150g bacon
  • 250g button mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 500g canned tomatoes
  • 200 ml cream
  • 3 tsp Bolo Talent
  • fresh basil for serving

 

Preparation:

  1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Cut the bacon into small cubes.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  3. Sauté the onion and garlic with the ground meat and bacon in a little oil until crumbly, add the tomato paste, and let it simmer briefly. 
  4. Add the mushrooms and season everything to taste with Bolo Talent.
  5. Add the strained tomatoes and cream, and bring to a boil again.
  6. Serve with basil and enjoy!
