Creamy Salmon and Asparagus Pasta

A creamy delight with spring flavors—Lachs Liebe adds a subtle herbal note to this pasta dish with tender salmon and fresh asparagus, making it a favorite meal for the whole family.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 400 g tagliatelle or penne
  • 500 g salmon fillet
  • 500 g green asparagus
  • 1 small onion
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 ml vegetable broth
  • 2 tsp Salmon Love
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 40 g Parmesan

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
  2. Wash the asparagus, trim off the woody ends, and cut into 3–4 cm pieces.
  3. Finely dice the onion and sauté it in olive oil until translucent.
  4. Add the asparagus and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  5. Dice the salmon, add it to the pan, and sauté briefly.
  6. Stir in the cream, broth, lemon juice, and our "Salmon Love," then let it simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  7. Fold in the pasta, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve with Parmesan.
