A creamy delight with spring flavors—Lachs Liebe adds a subtle herbal note to this pasta dish with tender salmon and fresh asparagus, making it a favorite meal for the whole family.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 400 g tagliatelle or penne
- 500 g salmon fillet
- 500 g green asparagus
- 1 small onion
- 200 ml cream
- 100 ml vegetable broth
- 2 tsp Salmon Love
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice from ½ lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- 40 g Parmesan
Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
- Wash the asparagus, trim off the woody ends, and cut into 3–4 cm pieces.
- Finely dice the onion and sauté it in olive oil until translucent.
- Add the asparagus and sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Dice the salmon, add it to the pan, and sauté briefly.
- Stir in the cream, broth, lemon juice, and our "Salmon Love," then let it simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Fold in the pasta, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with Parmesan.
