The perfect snack for your Euro Cup night with friends: mini pizzas! Top them with the flag of your choice ;)
Ingredients for 12 mini pizzas:
For the dough
- 100 g spelt flour
- 3 g baking powder
- 75g skyr
- 20 ml of water
- Salt
For the topping
- Tomato Sauce
- Cheese
- 2 tsp Veggie Talent
- Black: Black Olives
- Red: Bell pepper
- Gold: Corn
- or any other topping you like!
Preparation:
- Knead the ingredients for the dough together until you have a smooth dough. Dust the dough lightly with flour, roll it out, and cut out small pizzas using a glass.
- Top with tomato sauce and cheese, then sprinkle with Veggie Talent. Next, arrange the remaining toppings on top to form a German flag.
- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius in a convection oven for about 20 minutes.
