Do you love tiramisu as much as we do? We've got a fruity, summery tiramisu variation for you with strawberries and coconut. It's sure to be a hit at any garden party!

Mix all the ingredients for the sponge cake batter and spread the mixture into a large baking dish.

Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.

Let it cool, then cut it into 5x2 strips.

Place them in a baking dish and pour a little coffee and Amaretto (optional) over them so that they are completely covered.

Mix the ingredients for the cream.

Then layer the ingredients as follows: Start with the sponge cake, pour coffee or Amaretto over it, then add the cream, followed by strawberry slices, and repeat until all the ingredients are used up (we made 2 layers)

Garnish with strawberries, mint, and Pink Coco.

Refrigerate overnight or for at least 5 hours so that the sponge cake softens.
