Strawberry Layer Dessert

Are you expecting guests but don't have time to make an elaborate dessert? Here's the fastest dessert that's sure to impress! Here's how to whip up a strawberry layered dessert in no time:

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400g strawberries or berries of your choice
  • 250g skyr
  • 250g yogurt
  • 2 Raffaellos for garnish
  • 1 package of vanilla sugar
  • 1–2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • Pink Coco

Preparation:

  1. Cut the strawberries into quarters and place them in a bowl with vanilla sugar.
  2. Mix the skyr with the yogurt.
  3. Whip the cream until stiff, then fold it into the mixture along with the agave syrup and a little Pink Coco.
  4. Layer the cream in the glasses, alternating with the strawberries, and set aside a few strawberries for garnish.
  5. Before serving, garnish as desired with Raffaelos, strawberries, and Pink Coco.
