Fruity Blueberry Spritz

Fruity Blueberry Spritz

A naturally fruity, slightly sweet summer drink—with no added sugar, but packed with flavor. Perfect for toasting at your next birthday party, for a relaxing evening on the balcony, or for a picnic with friends.

Ingredients for 2 glasses

  • 400 ml " Besser im Glas" Blueberry Iced Tea
  • 200 ml (non-alcoholic) sparkling wine
  • A splash of fresh lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh blueberries
  • A little mint and some lemon slices for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Place 3–4 teaspoons of the blueberry iced tea mix in a strainer and pour 400 ml of water over it.
  2. Let it steep (about 10 minutes for more sweetness).
  3. Remove the strainer and let the tea cool completely—preferably in the refrigerator.
  4. Fill two large highball glasses with ice cubes.
  5. Pour 200 ml of cold blueberry iced tea into each glass.
  6. Add 100 ml of well-chilled sparkling wine to each.
  7. Optional: a splash of lemon juice for extra freshness.
  8. Serve with fresh blueberries, mint, and lemon slices
