A naturally fruity, slightly sweet summer drink—with no added sugar, but packed with flavor. Perfect for toasting at your next birthday party, for a relaxing evening on the balcony, or for a picnic with friends.
Ingredients for 2 glasses
- 400 ml " Besser im Glas" Blueberry Iced Tea
- 200 ml (non-alcoholic) sparkling wine
- A splash of fresh lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Fresh blueberries
- A little mint and some lemon slices for garnish
Preparation:
- Place 3–4 teaspoons of the blueberry iced tea mix in a strainer and pour 400 ml of water over it.
- Let it steep (about 10 minutes for more sweetness).
- Remove the strainer and let the tea cool completely—preferably in the refrigerator.
- Fill two large highball glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour 200 ml of cold blueberry iced tea into each glass.
- Add 100 ml of well-chilled sparkling wine to each.
- Optional: a splash of lemon juice for extra freshness.
- Serve with fresh blueberries, mint, and lemon slices
