Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 800 g green asparagus
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tsp Minty Chicken
For the dip
- 250 g Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp herb dip
Preparation
- Marinate the chicken with olive oil and Minty Chicken.
- Wash the asparagus, trim the ends, and toss with a little olive oil and salt.
- To make the dip, mix together the yogurt and herb dip.
- Preheat the grill.
- Grill the chicken for about 6–8 minutes on each side.
- Grill the asparagus for about 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve everything together with the herb-yogurt dip.
