A classic dish just like Grandma used to make—now even easier! With just a few ingredients, you can whip up this hearty dish with a creamy sauce that’s sure to impress your guests.
Ingredients:
- 600g pork tenderloin
- 2 onions
- 500g button mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 75 ml water
- Spice Blend for Sliced Meat
- Spätzle or rice, to serve
Preparation:

Wash the meat, pat it dry, and cut it into strips about 1 cm thick. Peel the onions and dice them finely.Clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters.

Cook the rice or boil the spaetzle in hot water.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat, then season the pork tenderloin strips with salt and sear them on all sides in the hot skillet for about 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Then add a little more oil to the pan and sauté the mushrooms with a little salt over medium to high heat for about 2–3 minutes, turning them until they are golden brown. Add the diced onion and sauté for about 2–3 minutes over medium heat. Our Geschnetzeltes spice blend, Pour in the cream and 75 ml of water, and let everything simmer for about 4–5 minutes. Then stir in the meat.
