Greek Pasta Salad

We love pasta salad! You might be familiar with the classic German version, or the Italian one—but today you have to try the Greek one!

 

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250g chickpea pasta
  • 80 g arugula
  • 300g tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • fresh basil
  • 200 g feta

For the dressing: 

  • 3 tsp Feta Love
  • 50 ml vinegar
  • 15 g olive oil
  • 20 g tomato paste

 

Preparation:

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, chop the remaining ingredients into small pieces. Mix everything together.
  2. Mix together the dressing made from Feta Liebe, vinegar, olive oil, and tomato paste. Pour it over the salad and toss well.
