We love pasta salad! You might be familiar with the classic German version, or the Italian one—but today you have to try the Greek one!
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250g chickpea pasta
- 80 g arugula
- 300g tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- fresh basil
- 200 g feta
For the dressing:
- 3 tsp Feta Love
- 50 ml vinegar
- 15 g olive oil
- 20 g tomato paste
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, chop the remaining ingredients into small pieces. Mix everything together.
- Mix together the dressing made from Feta Liebe, vinegar, olive oil, and tomato paste. Pour it over the salad and toss well.
