Ingredients (serves 4)
For the dish:
- 2 baguettes
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 150 g cream cheese
- 125 g mini mozzarella
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cucumber
- 100 g cooked ham
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
To finish it off:
- 1.5 tsp Salmon Love
- 1.5 tsp herb salad
- 1 tsp Tomate Mozzi
- Pepper to taste
Preparation
- Slice the baguette.
- Mix the cream cheese with the herb salad.
- Cut the tomatoes in half and mix them with olive oil and Tomate Mozzi.
- Cut the eggs in half and sprinkle them lightly with "Lachs Liebe."
- Slice the cucumber.
- Arrange everything attractively on a large platter.
- Enhance the flavor of salmon with a touch of "Salmon Love."
