Large Easter Brunch Platter

The perfect Easter brunch for family and friends—with salmon, herb salad, and tomato-mozzarella, you’ll bring variety, freshness, and hearty moments of enjoyment to a festive platter. Ideal for sharing, snacking, and savoring.

Ingredients (serves 4)

For the dish:

  • 2 baguettes
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 125 g mini mozzarella
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 cucumber
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

To finish it off:

  • 1.5 tsp Salmon Love
  • 1.5 tsp herb salad
  • 1 tsp Tomate Mozzi
  • Pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Slice the baguette.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with the herb salad.
  3. Cut the tomatoes in half and mix them with olive oil and Tomate Mozzi.
  4. Cut the eggs in half and sprinkle them lightly with "Lachs Liebe."
  5. Slice the cucumber.
  6. Arrange everything attractively on a large platter.
  7. Enhance the flavor of salmon with a touch of "Salmon Love."
  8. Finish it off with a little pepper.
