Ingredients:
- 2 large cucumbers
- 200g (vegan) feta
- 250g chickpeas
- optional: fresh dill
- 3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 150g yogurt
- 2–3 teaspoons cucumber salad seasoning
Preparation:
- Grate the cucumbers and place them in a bowl with the feta and chickpeas.
- Then mix together the dressing using yogurt, white balsamic vinegar, and the cucumber salad seasoning, and drizzle it over the salad.
