Homemade Fries

The perfect homemade fries as a snack while watching TV or for an evening with friends—with our "Pommes Liebe" seasoning! Thanks to the unique combination of Salt, paprika, rosemary, and garlic you'll turn plain potatoes into an absolute culinary highlight. 

Ingredients

  • 1kgpotatoes, waxy
  • 3tablespoonsolive oil
  • Love for French Fries

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  2. Wash the potatoes, pat them dry, and cut them into sticks of equal size and thickness. 
  3. Then spread them out on the prepared baking sheets (Tip: Make sure they don't overlap) and bake in the oven for 45–60 minutes until golden brown. The baking time depends on how thick your potato sticks are.
  4. Top off the finished fries with a little extra love and serve them with your favorite dip.
