Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1.5 kg potatoes
- 400 ml milk
- 400 ml cream
- 150 g mozzarella
- 75 g Parmesan
- 1 clove of garlic

Preparation:
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices .
- Place the potato slices in a saucepan.Addthe cream, milk, garlic, and spices to the potatoes. Mix everything together andlet it simmerfor about 15minutes over medium heat.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees using top and bottom heat .
- Now place the parboiled potatoes in a large baking dish and sprinkle with the mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Place the potatoes on the middle rack Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.
