Crunchy Potato Gratin

Our Crispy Fried Potatoes with Caramelized Onions, Bell Peppers, and rosemary will transform your boringpotatoes into a crispy explosion of flavor!

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1.5 kg potatoes
  • 400 ml milk
  • 400 ml cream
  • 150 g mozzarella
  • 75 g Parmesan
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Crispy Fried Potatoes

 

Preparation:

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices .
  2. Place the potato slices in a saucepan.Addthe cream, milk, garlic, and spices to the potatoes. Mix everything together andlet it simmerfor about 15minutes over medium heat.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees using top and bottom heat .
  4. Now place the parboiled potatoes in a large baking dish and sprinkle with the mozzarella and Parmesan.
  5. Place the potatoes on the middle rack Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with Fried Potato Crunch and enjoy!
