Classic Lasagna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • Olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 300g carrots
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 500g ground meat
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 can of chopped tomatoes
  • Anyone who'd like some red wine
  • Bolo Talent
  • 500 ml milk
  • 30 g butter
  • 40 g flour
  • Lasagna sheets
  • 1 package of grated cheese

 

Preparation:

  1. Chop the onion, carrots, and garlic cloves into small pieces.
  2. Brown the ground meat over high heat until crumbly, and season with Bolo Talent. Add the vegetables and sauté together for 1–2 minutes. Stir in the tomato paste and pour in the canned tomatoes.
  3. Add red wine to taste and let it simmer for at least 1 hour.
  4. Meanwhile, for the béchamel sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan and cook the flour in it, stirring with a whisk. Add the milk while stirring, and bring to a boil. 
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C on the convection setting. Assemble the lasagna in layers and bake on the middle rack of the oven for about 40–50 minutes, until golden brown.
