Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 onion
- 1 red pointed bell pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 can of peeled tomatoes
- Shakshuka Talent
Preparation:
- Chop the onion and bell pepper and cook them in oil over low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Add the canned tomatoes, let them simmer for 10 minutes, and season with Shakshuka Talent.
- Crack the eggs into the tomato sauce and let them set for about 1–2 minutes.
- Finally, top with cheese and let it melt.
