Crispy Potato Wedges

Crispy Potato Wedges

The European Championship is just around the corner, and what's the best part about soccer? That's right—the snacks! Get ready for a public viewing night with friends and surprise them with these potato wedges!

Ingredients:

For the dip
  • 200 g quark
  • 2 tsp herb dip seasoning
  • 2 tsp white balsamic vinegar

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Cover them with hot water and let them steep for 10 minutes; this will make them crispier later.
  3. Drain the water and pat the potatoes dry slightly. Place them on a baking sheet and spray them with a little cooking spray. Then sprinkle them with Fried Potato Crunch.
  4. Bake them for 15–20 minutes, then flip them over and bake for another 15–20 minutes until they're all crispy.
  5. Serve with herb-flavored quark dip.
