Ingredients:
- 500 g potatoes
- 2 tsp Roasted Potato Crunch
- Oil Spray
- Crispy Fried Potatoes
- 200 g quark
- 2 tsp herb dip seasoning
- 2 tsp white balsamic vinegar
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them in a large bowl.
- Cover them with hot water and let them steep for 10 minutes; this will make them crispier later.
- Drain the water and pat the potatoes dry slightly. Place them on a baking sheet and spray them with a little cooking spray. Then sprinkle them with Fried Potato Crunch.
- Bake them for 15–20 minutes, then flip them over and bake for another 15–20 minutes until they're all crispy.
- Serve with herb-flavored quark dip.
