Whether pan-fried, grilled, smoked, or poached, salmon is always a treat for the palate. With our "Lach Liebe," you can give your salmon dish an intense and special flavor!
Ingredients:
- 600 g spinach leaves
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 pieces of salmon
- 1 egg
- Salmon Love
Preparation:
- Finely chop the onion and garlic clove.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic briefly. Add the spinach leaves, sauté, and season with Lachs Liebe.
- Season the salmon pieces with Lachs Liebe.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees on the convection setting.
- Spread half of the spinach mixture onto the sheet of puff pastry, then place the two pieces of salmon on top of the spinach.
- Cover the salmon with the remaining spinach. Fold the puff pastry over.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the spinach and salmon roll on the baking sheet.
- Beat the egg and brush it onto the puff pastry roll.
- Bake the salmon for about 25 minutes.
