Salmon in Puff Pastry

Salmon in Puff Pastry

Whether pan-fried, grilled, smoked, or poached, salmon is always a treat for the palate. With our "Lach Liebe," you can give your salmon dish an intense and special flavor!

Our tip:

When buying salmon, look for sustainable sources and choose fish from aquaculture rather than wild-caught fish.

Ingredients:

  • 600 g spinach leaves
  • 1 roll of puff pastry
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 pieces of salmon
  • 1 egg
  • Salmon Love

Preparation:

  1. Finely chop the onion and garlic clove.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic briefly. Add the spinach leaves, sauté, and season with Lachs Liebe.
  3. Season the salmon pieces with Lachs Liebe.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees on the convection setting.
  5. Spread half of the spinach mixture onto the sheet of puff pastry, then place the two pieces of salmon on top of the spinach.
  6. Cover the salmon with the remaining spinach. Fold the puff pastry over.
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the spinach and salmon roll on the baking sheet.
  8. Beat the egg and brush it onto the puff pastry roll.
  9. Bake the salmon for about 25 minutes.
