Oven-Baked Omelet

 

Your 5-minute Sunday breakfast—for every day! A warm breakfast that’s super quick and super easy to make—and it’ll keep you full all day long.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 large wraps
  • 8 eggs
  • 180 ml milk
  • Vegetables of your choice (e.g., cherry tomatoes or bell peppers)
  • Scrambled Eggs Talent

 

Preparation:

  1. Mix together the eggs, milk, and the scrambled egg mix.

  2. Place the wrap in an ovenproof dish, spread half of the scrambled rice on top, and then top with diced bell peppers or other vegetables. For 4 servings, either repeat the process or bake in two separate dishes.

  3. Bake the omelet in the oven at 180° for 20–25 minutes, then enjoy!
