Oriental Couscous Salad

With Besser's "Orient Talent" in a jar, any home cook can whip up a super delicious Middle Eastern couscous salad in just 30 minutes!

Ingredients for 4 servings: 

  • 300g couscous
  • 600 ml of water with salt
  • Fresh mint
  • 400g Dried Tomatoes
  • 3 scallions
  • 400g chickpeas
  • 200 g dates
  • 100 g cashews
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 200 g feta

Preparation: 

  1. Add the couscous to boiling water and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and green onions. Chop the mint and add everything to a bowl.
  3. Add the couscous to the bowl and season everything with Orient Talent.
  4. Rinse the chickpeas. Chop the dates into small pieces and crumble the feta.
  5. Mix everything together and garnish with cashews and pomegranate seeds!
