With Besser's "Orient Talent" in a jar, any home cook can whip up a super delicious Middle Eastern couscous salad in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300g couscous
- 600 ml of water with salt
- Fresh mint
- 400g Dried Tomatoes
- 3 scallions
- 400g chickpeas
- 200 g dates
- 100 g cashews
- 1 pomegranate
- 200 g feta
Preparation:
- Add the couscous to boiling water and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and green onions. Chop the mint and add everything to a bowl.
- Add the couscous to the bowl and season everything with Orient Talent.
- Rinse the chickpeas. Chop the dates into small pieces and crumble the feta.
- Mix everything together and garnish with cashews and pomegranate seeds!
