Spicy Salsa

 It's getting hot in here! Today things are going to get really spicy with our homemade hot salsa sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 onion 
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika paste
  • Spicy Rainbow
  • Tortilla Chips

 

Preparation:

  1. Chop the onions and tomatoes into small pieces . Finely chop the garlic.
  2. Sauté the onions and garlic in the oil a pot until translucent.
  3. Then add the tomato paste and paprika paste and sauté briefly.
  4. Then add ¾ of the tomatoes, season with Spicy Rainbow, and simmer for another 20 min. over medium heat.
  5. Let everything cool, thenenjoy it with tortilla chips.
