Spicy Spinach Pizza

Spicy Spinach Pizza

It's getting hot in here! If you like it spicy, you should definitely try the combination of pizza, spinach, and chili.

Ingredients for 1 pizza:

  • Pizza dough of your choice (or make your own)
  • 300g spinach
  • 2–3 cloves of garlic
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 200 g grated cheese
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • Spicy Rainbow, depending on the desired level of spiciness

Preparation:

  1. First, preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Rinse the fresh spinach briefly, then place it in a pot with a little boiling water and cook for about 1–2 minutes, until it has wilted. Then squeeze out the excess water thoroughly.
  3. Now heat the oil in a small skillet and sauté the garlic very briefly. Then add the cream cheese and spinach and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the spinach cream over the pizza crust, top with mushrooms, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Season with Spicy Rainbow to your desired level of spiciness.
  5. Bake the pizza for about 10–15 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
