Summer Salad with Beets
This colorful summer salad isn't just a real eye-catcher—it's perfect for any barbecue—but it also tastes heavenly fruity and refreshing! You've never whipped up a delicious dressing this quickly and easily before.

 

Ingredients:

  • Summer Salad Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 head of red cabbage
  • 3 cooked beets
  • 6 tomatoes
  • fresh parsley
  • 100 g uncooked Beluga lentils
  • 3 handfuls of romaine lettuce
  • 1 yellow bell pepper

 

Preparation:

  1. Cook the Beluga lentils according to the package directions, and in the meantime, wash and chop the vegetables.
  2. Then mix together the summer salad seasoning, olive oil, and vinegar to make the dressing, and drizzle it over the salad.
