Ingredients:
- Summer Salad Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 head of red cabbage
- 3 cooked beets
- 6 tomatoes
- fresh parsley
- 100 g uncooked Beluga lentils
- 3 handfuls of romaine lettuce
- 1 yellow bell pepper
Preparation:
- Cook the Beluga lentils according to the package directions, and in the meantime, wash and chop the vegetables.
- Then mix together the summer salad seasoning, olive oil, and vinegar to make the dressing, and drizzle it over the salad.
