Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce and Mozzarella

Whip up a serving of spaghetti pomodoro in no time with the Pasta Talent from Besser im Glas.You can enjoy your Italian pasta with mozzarella with minimal effort—and you won't have to spend any more time chopping onions and garlic.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g spaghetti
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 400 g chopped tomatoes
  • Pasta Talent
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 125 g mozzarella balls
  • fresh basil leaves

Preparation: 

  1. First, bring a pot of water to a boil and add the spaghetti.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste in a pan with a little olive oil and stir.
  3. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and add them.
  4. Season with Pasta Talent.
  5. Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the pan along with the mozzarella balls, cut in half. Toss everything together and garnish with fresh basil.
