Spiral Potatoes

Spiral Potatoes

Looking for a different side dish for your next barbecue? How about these super-easy spiral potatoes?

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes

For the marinade

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tsp. Crispy Fried Potatoes

To Serve

  • fresh parsley
  • Herb Dip Made with Yogurt + 2 tsp Herb Dip

Preparation:

  1. Wash the potatoes and thread them onto a skewer. Use a knife to make spiral-shaped cuts all around them.
  2. Mix together the ingredients for the marinade. Carefully separate the potato spiral, place it in a baking dish, and then brush it with half of the marinade.
  3. Grill for a few minutes, then flip them over and brush with the remaining marinade. Continue grilling until the potatoes are crispy on all sides.
  4. Alternatively: Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius, turning once after 15–20 minutes. Continue baking until they are cooked through and crispy on the outside.
  5. Remove from the grill and serve with fresh parsley and the herb dip!
