Looking for a different side dish for your next barbecue? How about these super-easy spiral potatoes?
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 medium-sized potatoes
For the marinade
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tsp. Crispy Fried Potatoes
To Serve
- fresh parsley
- Herb Dip Made with Yogurt + 2 tsp Herb Dip
Preparation:
- Wash the potatoes and thread them onto a skewer. Use a knife to make spiral-shaped cuts all around them.
- Mix together the ingredients for the marinade. Carefully separate the potato spiral, place it in a baking dish, and then brush it with half of the marinade.
- Grill for a few minutes, then flip them over and brush with the remaining marinade. Continue grilling until the potatoes are crispy on all sides.
- Alternatively: Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius, turning once after 15–20 minutes. Continue baking until they are cooked through and crispy on the outside.
- Remove from the grill and serve with fresh parsley and the herb dip!
