Tandoori Chicken – exotic, fruity, and slightly spicy. Marinate it in our Minty Chick and yogurt, and you’ll easily whip up the most delicious grilled chicken.
Recipe for 4 servings:
For the marinade:
- 400g chicken breast
- 100 g yogurt
- 4 tsp Minty Chick
For the wraps:
- 4 wraps
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 2 tomatoes
- Grated cheese
- Hummus
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, mix the chicken with the yogurt and the Minty Chickb.
- Let it steep for at least 10 minutes. The longer, the better!
- Then heat some oil in a skillet. Add the chicken and cook on each side until a nice brown crust forms, about 5 minutes total over medium heat.
- Heat the wraps on the stovetop or in the oven. Then spread hummus on them and top with all the ingredients—done!
