Tofu Satay Skewers

Tofu Satay Skewers
Our exotic skewers in a sweet-and-spicy marinade steal the show from grilled meat! Quick to prepare and absolutely delicious. Saté or satay is an Asian street food dish. Traditionally, saté consists of meat skewers grilled over a wood fire.
Ingredients for skewers:
  • 1 block of natural tofu

Marinade:
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon curry paste
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Smoky Grill Master*
Decorations:
  • Limes
  • Green onions
  • Mint

  1. Press the tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl and add the tofu cubes.
  3. Mix everything well and let it sit for 5–10 minutes.
  4. Thread the marinated tofu cubes onto skewers and grill them for 5–10 minutes.
  5. Serve with the remaining sauce (thinned with a little water) on top.
