Here's how to wow your public viewing guests! The perfect snack for halftime—you've got to try it!
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- Tortilla chips or 4 protein wraps
- 1 red onion
- 4 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 400g ground meat
- 3 tsp Bolo Talent
- fresh parsley
- 200 g black beans
- 100 g corn
- If you like: jalapeños from a jar
- 100 g cheese
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees on the convection setting. Cut the protein wraps into triangles and bake them in the oven for 5–7 minutes.
- In the meantime, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic clove. Sauté both in a pan with a little olive oil. Then add the tomato paste and ground meat.
- Season with Bolo Talent. Cook until the ground meat is done.
- Rinse the black beans and corn thoroughly and mix them into the ground meat in the pan.
- Spread the minced meat mixture over the tortilla chips. Top with jalapeños to taste and sprinkle with cheese.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for about 10–15 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
