Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • Tortilla chips or 4 protein wraps
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 400g ground meat
  • 3 tsp Bolo Talent
  • fresh parsley
  • 200 g black beans
  • 100 g corn
  • If you like: jalapeños from a jar
  • 100 g cheese

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees on the convection setting. Cut the protein wraps into triangles and bake them in the oven for 5–7 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic clove. Sauté both in a pan with a little olive oil. Then add the tomato paste and ground meat.
  3. Season with Bolo Talent. Cook until the ground meat is done.
  4. Rinse the black beans and corn thoroughly and mix them into the ground meat in the pan.
  5. Spread the minced meat mixture over the tortilla chips. Top with jalapeños to taste and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Place in the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for about 10–15 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
