Lemon Fish

Bring the feel of a Michelin-starred restaurant into your home—our Citrus Magic spice gives this dish a unique flavor. Lemon, orange, and Szechuan pepper provide a refreshing kick!

Ingredients: 

  • 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 400 gwhite fish fillet (e.g., sea bass or cod)
  • 1lemon
  • Dill
  • Citrus Magic

Preparation: 

  1. Preheat the oven to about 180°C. Spread 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the bottom of an ovenproof dish.
  2. Carefully pat the fish dry with paper towels and place it in the baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with Citrus Magic and squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the fish.
  4. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the fish and garnish with lemon wedges. Place the fish in the oven with the lemon and bake for about 15 minutes. Then serve with fresh dill.
