Sugar-Free Mint & Lime Mojito

Sugar-Free Mint & Lime Mojito

Our delicious Mint & Lime Mojito tastes just like the original—but without any sugar! It's super refreshing and really easy to make—for a non-alcoholic version, just leave out the alcohol.

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

  • 500 ml Besser im Glas Iced Tea Mint & Lime
  • 8 cl white rum
  • 1 organic lime, quartered
  • 10–12 fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes or crushed ice
  • Sparkling mineral water
  • Garnish: lime slices & a sprig of mint

Preparation:

  1. Pour 5 TL of Mint & Lime Iced Tea into 500 ml of hot water.
  2. Let it steep for 8–10 minutes (steep longer if you prefer it sweeter).
  3. Let it cool completely, then refrigerate.
  4. Place a lime wedge in each glass.
  5. Press down with a pestle to release the juice.
  6. Add the mint leaves and press them down very gently as well.
  7. Fill the glasses halfway with ice cubes.
  8. Add 4 cl of white rum to each.
  9. Top it off with cold Mint & Lime iced tea.
  10. Top with a splash of mineral water, if desired.
  11. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime.

💡Tip: For an especially intense aroma, you can gently rub the mint between your hands beforehand—this helps the essential oil release more fully.
